Arts for Dementia at SET

Group: People who are living with Dementia in the area of South East London.
Description: I ran a new group for the charity Arts for Dementia at SET Social - an artist collective space based in Peckham. The project was focused on collage and drawing and each week I introduced the participants to new techniques, with the final two weeks resulting in a series of assemblages using the experiments they’d produced throughout the course. This was a brand new group - none of the participants had previously met so we focused on discussion, warm up games and activities which involved an element of group participation.
